Counselling and Supervison in Brighton and Hove
Lindsey Light  MA, PG Dip. MBACP

  Autumn 2018

Counselling  gives you an opportunity to take time for yourself and to explore areas of your life that  you would like to improve.  It can help you  gain a better understanding of how and why you react in certain ways to situations you find yourself in.
You could be experiencing difficulties at  work, at home
or in your relationships. You might be feeling sad, angry, anxious or alone and not know where to turn for help, or simply be wondering what your next  move in life will be.

Counselling is not necessarily about going back into the past, it is also about being in the present and considering your current thoughts, behaviours and feelings.
Together we will look at what is working for you and what may be holding you back or stopping you from being happy or enjoying your life.

Having counselling can help you to feel more fulfilled and achieve a sense of well being that can help you make more satisfying life choices. You are always in charge of what you share and everything you share with me is confidential.
